Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning Guarantee Customer who are not completely thrilled with the cleaning result, we will return and make our best attempt to re-clean at no additional charge if called within seven days from the date of service.  Odor caused by pets or organic is not guarantee to be completely removed.  In most instant 100% spot removal is achieved. Because of the nature of certain stains, cellulosic browning, pre existing residue or wicking, it is not possible to guarantee re-appearing spots or total color/texture restoration.  Factor of installation and/or deterioration that are disguised cannot be predicted in the hands of even the most careful workman. Sano agrees to perform the work specified in a professional manner using reasonable care to obtain satisfactory results.
